Texas High School Volleyball - Ysleta over Riverside

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Ysleta Indians (El Paso, TX) and the host Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX), saw Ysleta's volleyball squad achieve victory over Riverside by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Ysleta improves its record to 20-8 on the season. The Indians host Fabens (Fabens, TX) to encounter the Wildcats in a 4A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 8-9. Fabens won 3-0 in their recent league test against Mountain View (El Paso, TX)

The Rangers now own a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clint for a 4A Region I District 2 test on Tuesday, September 23. Riverside will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to San Elizario (San Elizario, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-15.
