The Saint Gertrude Gators volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting St. Anne's-Belfield Saints to 0 in the Gators league triumph on Friday.

The Gators now have a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 25. Saint Gertrude will play a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA). The Wolves record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, St. Anne's-Belfield drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Saints travel to St. Catherine's (Richmond, VA) to play the Saints in a VISAA Division 1 outing on Wednesday, September 24.
