In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Wetumpka Indians volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Benjamin Russell Wildcats.

The Indians (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Carver Montgomery (Montgomery, AL). The Wolverines come into the non-league battle with a 0-7 record.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 7. Benjamin Russell will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record. The Volunteers come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Wadley (Wadley, AL).
