The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM), saw La Cueva's soccer squad get by Rio Rancho by a count of 2-1.

The Bears now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to St. Pius X for a non-league test on Thursday, September 8. La Cueva will meet a Sartans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Sartans record now stands at 2-1.
