The Tigers now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Webster Groves for a non-league test on Saturday, September 3. Central will meet a Statesmen squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jackson (Jackson, MO). The Statesmen record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Carbondale drops to 2-5 on the season. The Terriers travel to Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO) to meet the Mules in a non-league test on Saturday, September 3. The Mules come into the test with a record of 1-0.
