In Friday's league battle, the visiting Livingston Central Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Trigg County Wildcats.

The Cardinals (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Crittenden County Rockets (Marion, KY) in a District 5 battle, on Tuesday, September 6. Trigg County will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record.
