The Matthews Christian Academy Colts volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Victory Christian Cardinals to 0 in the Colts non-league victory on Friday.
The Colts now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shining Light Baptist Academy for a NCCSA A District 2 - West Region game on Tuesday, September 6. Matthews Christian Academy will meet a Sharks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Old Suwanee Christian (Buford, GA). The Sharks record now stands at 0-2.
The Cardinals (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Nantahala (Topton, NC). The Hawks enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record.
