The Texans (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Kennedale (Kennedale, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 2-10 record.

Next, the Chaparrals meet the Diamond Hill-Jarvis Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Wyatt will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Southwest (Fort Worth, TX).
