In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Meek Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Cold Springs Eagles.

The Tigers (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Gaylesville (Gaylesville, AL). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Gaylesville achieved victory over Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, AL), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 2. Cold Springs will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Winston County (Double Springs, AL).
