The Grayslake Central Rams topped the visiting Elgin Maroons volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Rams now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richmond-Burton for a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. Grayslake Central will confront a Rockets team coming off a 2-0 league win over Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 4-1.

The Maroons (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Vernon Hills was knocked off by Leyden (Franklin Park, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
