The Richland County Tigers volleyball team (Olney, IL), was outscored 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting Fairfield Mules (Fairfield, IL)

With the win, Fairfield upgrades its record to 12-0 on the year. The Mules travel to Mt. Carmel (Mt. Carmel, IL) to play the Golden Aces in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2. The Golden Aces go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Mt. Carmel won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Oblong (Oblong, IL)

The Tigers now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Mt. Zion for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2. Richland County will play a Braves squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Effingham (Effingham, IL). The Braves record now stands at 2-1.
