Kansas High School Volleyball - Royal Valley over Santa Fe Trail

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Royal Valley Panthers (Hoyt, KS) and the host Santa Fe Trail Chargers (Carbondale, KS), saw Royal Valley's volleyball squad beat Santa Fe Trail by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Royal Valley upgrades its record to 9-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Sabetha (Sabetha, KS) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Sabetha won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Perry-Lecompton (Perry, KS)

The Chargers now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hiawatha for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2. Santa Fe Trail will play a Red Hawks squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] (Wathena, KS). The Red Hawks record now stands at 0-1.
