In Monday's non-league match, the Wolfe County Wolves (Campton, KY) volleyball squad overcame the host Letcher County Central Cougars / Lady Cougars (Whitesburg, KY), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Wolves battle the Paintsville Tigers (Paintsville, KY) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, September 4. Wolfe County will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY).

The Cougars / Lady Cougars (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Belfry (Belfry, KY). The Pirates enter the non-league match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, Belfry was dropped by Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY), 2-0, in a non-league game.
