In Tuesday's league bout, the Streator Bulldogs (Streator, IL) volleyball team held off the host Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL), by a margin of 2-1.
The Bulldogs now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pontiac for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 3.
With the loss, Reed-Custer drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Comets host Manteno (Manteno, IL) to confront the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
