California High School Flag Football - Point Loma defeats Hoover

September 2, 2025: San Diego, CA 92115

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Point Loma Pointers flag football squad scored a good 25-0 victory over the Hoover Cardinals.

The Pointers (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Falcons enter the City - City match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Scripps Ranch was beaten by San Marcos (San Marcos, CA), 33-6, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Cardinals confront the Kearny Komets (San Diego, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 5. Hoover will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Komets enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 45-7 league win over Logan Memorial Education Campus (San Diego, CA).
