James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Shady Spring Tigers (Shady Spring, WV), 4-2 in a league outing.

The Mavericks (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Bluefield (Bluefield, WV). The Beavers go into the Coalfield AA outing with a 0-2 record.
