Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting Altavista Colonels (Altavista, VA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Appomattox County beat Amherst County (Amherst, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Colonels meet the Brookville Bees (Lynchburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Altavista will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
