In Tuesday's non-league battle, the Firelands Falcons (Oberlin, OH) volleyball squad toppled the host Wellington Dukes (Wellington, OH), by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Firelands improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Falcons host Columbia (Columbia Station, OH) to meet the Raiders in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 4. The Raiders enter the contest with a record of 2-0.

Next, the Dukes meet the Black River Pirates (Sullivan, OH) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 4. Wellington will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Pirates enter the contest with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Clearview (Lorain, OH).
