In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host R.J. Reynolds Demons volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Glenn Bobcats.
The Demons (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Reagan (Pfafftown, NC). The Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Reagan was beaten by Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bobcats meet the Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 3. Glenn will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC).
