The Mustangs now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cascade for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4. Edgewood will play a Cadets squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Covenant Christian (Indianapolis, IN). The Cadets record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Brown County moves to 2-2 on the year. The Eagles host Northview (Brazil, IN) to play the Knights in a Western Indiana contest on Saturday, September 6. The Knights enter the contest with a record of 2-3. Northview lost 10-0 in their recent non-league contest against Greencastle (Greencastle, IN)
