The Calvary Day School Cougars soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host High Point Christian Academy Cougars to 1 in the Cougars league victory on Tuesday.

The Cougars now hold a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Wesleyan Christian Academy for a NCISAA Piedmont contest on Tuesday, September 9. Calvary Day School will face a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Winston Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 7-4.

The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Hickory Grove Christian was nipped by Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association (Concord, NC), 10-1, in a non-league contest.
