The Meteors now hold a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a Lackawanna - Division III contest on Thursday, September 4. Montrose will battle a Vikings team coming off a 8-0 league win over Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.

The Foresters (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Elk Lake (Dimock, PA). The Warriors enter the Lackawanna - Division III contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Elk Lake was overwhelmed by Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA), 2-0, in a league challenge.
