The Oakwood/Catlin Comets soccer team (Fithian, IL), 4-0 in Tuesday's league match with the visiting Hoopeston Cornjerkers (Hoopeston, IL)

With the triumph, Hoopeston moves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Cornjerkers travel to Schlarman (Danville, IL) to meet the Hilltoppers in a Vermilion Valley match on Tuesday, September 9. The Hilltoppers come into the match with a record of 0-5.
