In Tuesday's league contest, the Thales Academy Rolesville Knights (Rolesville, NC) soccer team edged the host Neuse Christian Academy Lions (Raleigh, NC), by a count of 3-2.

Next, the Knights battle the Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion (Durham, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 3. Thales Academy Rolesville will attempt to upgrade on its 8-0 season record. The Lion enter the contest with a 4-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC).
