The St. Cecilia Bluehawks softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Centura Centurions to 0 in the Bluehawks non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bluehawks now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Adams Central for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. St. Cecilia will confront a Patriots team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Ord (Ord, NE). The Patriots record now stands at 4-4.

The Centurions (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Central City (Central City, NE). The Bison enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Central City edged Lakeview (Columbus, NE), 8-0, in a non-league challenge.
