In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK) softball team routed the visiting Coweta Tigers (Coweta, OK), by a margin of 8-3.
The Wolves now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Durant for a 5A District 4 outing on Thursday, September 4. Shawnee will meet a Lions squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Del City (Del City, OK). The Lions record now stands at 3-10.
The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Charles Page (Sand Springs, OK). The Sandites enter the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record.
