In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting North Platte Panthers softball team scored a tight 3-2 win over the DeKalb Tigers.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Bishop LeBlond (St. Joseph, MO). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Bishop LeBlond edged East Buchanan (Gower, MO), 20-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Maysville (Maysville, MO). The Wolverines enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Maysville was nudged by Lafayette County (Higginsville, MO), 5-4, in a non-league challenge.
