Georgia High School Softball - Emanuel County Institute bounces Vidalia

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 11-3 win over the Vidalia Indians.
The Bulldogs (11-2) will now prepare for their match against Bryan County (Pembroke, GA). The Redskins come into the 1A D-II Region 3 match with a 8-6 record. In their last match, Bryan County was routed by Statesboro (Statesboro, GA), 5-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Swainsboro Tigers (Swainsboro, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 3 game, on Thursday, September 4. Vidalia will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 7-2 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Greenbrier (Evans, GA).
