Georgia High School Softball - Model bounces Gordon Central

September 2, 2025: Calhoun, GA 30701

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Model Blue Devils softball team scored a nice 20-2 victory over the Gordon Central Warriors.

The Blue Devils (8-0) will now prepare for their match against Pepperell (Lindale, GA). The Dragons go into the 1A D-I Region 6 match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Pepperell gained a win over Rome (Rome, GA), 22-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Rome Wolves (Rome, GA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, September 3. Gordon Central will attempt to better on its 0-11 season record. The Wolves enter the game with a 4-5 record after their 22-1 non-league loss to Pepperell (Lindale, GA).
