North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Lincoln tips Alexander Central

September 2, 2025: Lincolnton, NC 28092

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) and the visiting Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC), saw North Lincoln's volleyball squad nudge Alexander Central by a score of 3-2.

With the win, North Lincoln improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Knights host Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to encounter the Pride in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. The Pride go into the test with a record of 4-1. Pine Lake Prep lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)

Next, the Cougars meet the Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 3. Alexander Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 3-1 league loss to Maiden (Maiden, NC).
