In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Marmaton Valley Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Altoona-Midway Jets.

With the win, Marmaton Valley improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Yates Center (Yates Center, KS) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 2-0. Yates Center won 2-1 in their recent league test against Northeast (Arma, KS)

The Jets now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Heights for a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, September 16.
