The Anson Bearcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Parkwood Wolf Pack to 0 in the Bearcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bearcats now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Chesterfield for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 3.

The Wolf Pack (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Piedmont (Monroe, NC). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Piedmont gained a win over Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC), 3-1, in a league game.
