Arizona High School Volleyball - Blue Ridge over Winslow

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets (Lakeside, AZ) and the visiting Winslow Bulldogs (Winslow, AZ), observed Blue Ridge's volleyball team top Winslow by a tally of 3-0.

The Yellow Jackets (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Safford (Safford, AZ). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Safford beat Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Monument Valley Mustangs (Kayenta, AZ) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 4. Winslow will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Farmington (Farmington, NM).
