North Carolina High School Volleyball - Northwest Cabarrus crushed by Carson

The Carson Cougars prevailed the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Jay M. Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 4A/5A game, on Thursday, September 4. Carson will attempt to advance on its 11-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Concord (Concord, NC).

With the loss, Northwest Cabarrus drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC) to clash with the Falcons in a South Piedmont 4A/5A outing on Thursday, September 4. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 2-4. West Rowan lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)
