Next up, the Maroons confront the Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY) in a District 47 game, on Thursday, September 4. Pulaski County will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Briar Jumpers go into the game with a 7-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over South Laurel (London, KY).

The Rebels (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY). The Rockets go into the District 47 game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Rockcastle County nudged Southwestern (Somerset, KY), 3-1, in a non-league game.
