The Chester Yellowjackets were victorious over the host West Hardin Oilers volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to Anahuac for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. Chester will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to West Brook (Beaumont, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 6-15.

With the loss, West Hardin drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Oilers travel to Spurger (Spurger, TX) to play the Pirates in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Pirates come into the outing with a record of 0-5.
