In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Early Longhorns volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Coleman Bluecats.

The Longhorns (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Millsap (Millsap, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region I District 8 challenge with a 6-12 record. In their last challenge, Millsap was beaten by Windthorst (Windthorst, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bluecats meet the Ballinger Bearcats (Ballinger, TX) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Coleman will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Bearcats go into the game with a 8-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Roscoe (Roscoe, TX).
