In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Collinsville Pirates volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Valley View Eagles.

The Pirates (15-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Alvord (Alvord, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Alvord beat City View (Wichita Falls, TX), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Bridgeport Bulls (Bridgeport, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Valley View will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Bulls come into the challenge with a 8-15 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Azle (Azle, TX).
