North Carolina High School Volleyball - Village Christian Academy over Fayetteville Academy

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Village Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC) and the host Fayetteville Academy Eagles (Fayetteville, NC), observed Village Christian Academy's volleyball team top Fayetteville Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Knights (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC). The Crusaders enter the NCISAA Sandhills Athletic battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Trinity Christian dropped by The O'Neal School (Southern Pines, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Eagles now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwood Temple Academy for a NCISAA Sandhills Athletic battle on Wednesday, September 3. Fayetteville Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Fayetteville Christian (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
