Russell Red Devils (Russell, KY) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad overcome the visiting Greenup County Musketeers (Greenup, KY), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Red Devils (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY). The Lions come into the District 63 test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Lewis County went down by Mason County (Maysville, KY), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Musketeers now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairview for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Greenup County will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to West Carter (Olive Hill, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
