The Water Valley Blue Devils volleyball squad (Water Valley, MS), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Grenada Chargers (Grenada, MS)

The Chargers (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against South Panola (Batesville, MS). The Tigers enter the Class 6A Region 1 contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, South Panola was beaten by Senatobia (Senatobia, MS), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Myrtle Hawks (Myrtle, MS) in a Class 2A Region 2 test, on Thursday, September 4. Water Valley will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Hawks go into the test with a 2-13 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Potts Camp (Potts Camp, MS).
