In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Independence 76ers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the South Bulldogs.

The 76ers (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH). The Warriors come into the Columbus City - South challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Eastmoor Academy was nudged by Westland (Galloway, OH), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Walnut Ridge Scots (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - South outing, on Wednesday, September 3. South will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
