Kansas High School Volleyball - Quinter over Rawlins County

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Quinter Bulldogs (Quinter, KS) and the host Rawlins County Buffaloes (Atwood, KS), observed Quinter's volleyball team top Rawlins County by a count of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS). The Thunderhawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Wheatland-Grinnell dropped by Cheylin (Bird City, KS), 2-1, in a league battle.

The Buffaloes now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maywood/Hayes Center for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. Rawlins County will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Paxton (Paxton, NE). The Wolves record now stands at 2-0.
