The Ramona Convent Tigers were victorious over the host St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors volleyball team by a tally of 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Tigers now have a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Immaculate Heart for a non-league game on Monday, September 8. Ramona Convent will confront a Pandas squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA). The Pandas record now stands at 7-4.

The Warriors (5-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA). The Swordsmen go into the Santa Fe game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, St. Paul gained a win over St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
