The Falcons go into the test with a record of 18-7. North Forney lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Duncanville (Duncanville, TX)

The Eagles now sport a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Athens for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Rusk will play a Hornets team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Malakoff (Malakoff, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 4-10.
