In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Triton Regional Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Winthrop Vikings.

The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ipswich (Ipswich, MA). The Tigers come into the Cape Ann challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Ipswich lost by Lynnfield (Lynnfield, MA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings play the Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA) in a Northeast challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Winthrop will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
