The Mountain Heritage Cougars topped the host Madison Patriots volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cougars now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Draughn for a test on Thursday, September 22. Mountain Heritage will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-7.

The Patriots (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Owen (Black Mountain, NC). The Warhorses enter the test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Owen was knocked off by Avery County (Newland, NC), 2-0, in a league test.
