The Reagan Raiders held off the host R.J. Reynolds Demons volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.
The Raiders now have a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Forsyth for a non-league test on Thursday, September 22. Reagan will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 5-8.
With the loss, R.J. Reynolds drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Demons host Davie (Mocksville, NC) to battle the War Eagles in a match on Thursday, September 22. The War Eagles come into the match with a record of 2-3.
