In Tuesday's league bout, the host Gadsden Panthers soccer team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Organ Mountain Knights.
With the victory, Gadsden moves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM) to battle the Bulldawgs in a 5A District 3 bout on Saturday, September 24. The Bulldawgs enter the bout with a record of 4-7. Las Cruces lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM)
In their next game, the Knights battle the Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM) in a 5A District 3 bout, on Saturday, September 24. Organ Mountain will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 6-4 record after their 5-0 league loss to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM).
