The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) and the visiting North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA), saw Cherokee Bluff's softball squad nip North Hall by a count of 5-4.

The Bears now sport a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chestatee for a 4A Region 8 match on Thursday, September 22. Cherokee Bluff will face a War Eagles squad coming off a 14-0 league loss to Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 8-14.

With the loss, North Hall falls to 9-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host North Oconee (Bogart, GA) to face the Titans in a 4A Region 8 match on Thursday, September 22. The Titans enter the match with a record of 11-9. North Oconee won 16-1 in their recent league match against Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA)
